Train The Mind- Mental Health Initiative

Student-athlete mental health issues can arise from the stress of the balancing act they have to navigate each day. It’s known that a student-athlete must focus their time and attention on studies, life's challenges, rigorous training, social life, work, and other interests or school activities. Therefore, the athletic department's objective is to foster a healthier, more resilient student-athlete community.

We are encouraging our parents to review the resources introduced by Train The Mind that are available to our young men. Videos will relate to various topics that will be introduced to students through speakers and our coaching staff.

With this said, all athletes must register regardless of classification. If they haven't registered, they may use the links to get started.
